Overview
A 3-month program combining hands-on training with HR operations.
The first month is an evaluation period; successful candidates move into a paid internship for the remaining two months.
Compensation & Incentives
Stipend: ₹1,200 – ₹1,500/month (Starts from Month 2; Month 1 is paid only upon selection).
Onboarding Incentive: ₹500 per successful hire.
Certification: Provided upon completion of the program.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Documentation: Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports.
HR Support: Assisting with onboarding and candidate communication.
