Looking for a corporate HRBP based in CP.
Key Result Areas
- Partner with Business Heads and HODs to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and drive business outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Support Functions, Sales, and Operations — from job description formulation to sourcing (via portals, referrals, partners), screening, assessments, interviews, salary negotiation, and offer management.
- Manpower planning and budgeting in collaboration with functions to ensure optimized headcount within approved cost structures.
- Manage recruitment vendor partnerships, including evaluation, on-boarding, and performance
monitoring to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives including internal surveys,R&R programs, and cultural/recreational events.
- Design and monitor learning & development initiatives, including training calendars, TNI via
PMS.
Incumbent profile:
- Regular MBA-HR,5 years exp,in HRBP role,rich HR conceptualization.
- Skilled in HR Business Partnering, End-End Employee life cycle, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, Succession Planning.
