💡 Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior IT Project & HR Coordinator who can support IT project execution and HR operations.
This role is ideal for candidates who want exposure to live IT projects, client coordination, and core HR processes in a growing consulting organization.
🔧 Key Responsibilities – IT Project Coordination:
- Assist Project Managers in tracking project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams for daily updates.
- Prepare project documentation, MOMs, reports, and status dashboards.
- Track project milestones and flag risks or delays proactively.
- Support client communication and follow-ups where required.
👥 Key Responsibilities – HR Coordination:
- Assist in recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and walk-ins.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities.
- Coordinate internal communications and HR processes.
- Assist in policy documentation and compliance tracking.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PG Diploma in HR or Project Management is a plus (not mandatory).
🧩 Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English – verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of IT projects, SDLC, or software development concepts.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn both IT project management and HR operations.
