Principal Accountabilities*
1. HR Data Analytics & MIS
- Develop, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards, scorecards, and monthly MIS reports.
- Interpret data related to attrition, manpower planning, hiring, talent development, cost analysis, and productivity metrics.
- Prepare analytical insights and recommendations for the CHRO to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR functions.
2. HRIS Management
- Manage and monitor HRIS modules (SAP HR / SuccessFactors / Workday / Welpro or internal systems).
- Lead enhancements, configuration needs, and improvements in HR systems in collaboration with HR Tech.
- Validate and audit data to ensure system hygiene.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within HR.
3. Strategic HR Projects
- Drive and support enterprise-wide HR projects such as:
- Talent & Succession Planning
- Performance Management cycles
- Policy benchmarking
- Compensation & Benefits analytics
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and outcomes for CHRO review.
4. Business Support to CHRO
- Prepare business reviews, board presentations, and leadership reports for CHRO.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and data compilation on critical HR topics.
- Coordinate with HR COEs and business HR teams to ensure alignment of deliverables.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive HR information.
5. Operational HR Governance
- Support HR audits, statutory compliance reviews, and policy updates.
- Coordinate manpower budgets, FTE tracking, and organization structure data.
- Monitor HR KPIs and ensure timely reporting across the HR function.
