Job Summary - HR Operations Head
The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing and coordinating all day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes, compliance, employee support, and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Lead HR Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of core People & Culture services including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, employee movements, and lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion process optimisation, automation opportunities, and service enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- System and Data Management: Administer and optimize HR systems (e.g., HRIS, case management, document automation), ensuring configurations align with business needs and compliance requirements.
- Data Integrity and Insights: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality, and lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable workforce insights.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure HR operations comply with legislation, industrial instruments, and internal policies; maintain audit-ready records and implement controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Policy and Process Development: Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and service guides to support operational consistency and governance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, coordinate with admin, finance, and department heads, support office administration and facility-related HR needs, handle vendor coordination related to HR services.
- Change Management: Support change initiatives related to new systems, processes, or service models, including training and knowledge sharing across the P&C team.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing People Services and Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Enablement: Act as a trusted advisor on operational matters, systems, and process design, contributing to strategic workforce priorities and cross-functional projects.
- HR Systems & Process Improvement : Manage HRMS and employee portals, Implement and improve HR operational processes, Support automation and digital HR initiatives.
- Performance & Appraisal Support: Support performance appraisal and review processes, maintain appraisal records and increment details, assist in employee development initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role within HR Shared Services or Operations
- Proven expertise in HR operations, service delivery, and process optimisation in a complex environment
- Strong leadership capability with a hands-on approach and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insights
