We are looking for a Head of HR who brings calm maturity, sound judgment and people strength to a fast growing consumer brand. Someone who can work closely with senior management, hold their trust and guide the team with steady hands. The ideal person understands that culture is shaped in everyday conversations. They know how to listen, coach and bring clarity in moments of conflict. They are comfortable partnering directly with the founders and leadership team and can build the entire HR function for the next phase.
Key Responsibilities
• Build the HR function from the ground up and set up strong systems, processes and rhythms
• Strengthen and uphold the values and culture of the organisation in every interaction and decision
• Partner with senior management on organisation design, leadership hiring, talent planning and sensitive people decisions
• Lead hiring across the company with a sharp eye for attitude, capability and long term potential
• Create simple and effective HR processes around feedback, performance, L&D and career paths
• Manage a hybrid and partially remote team with strong communication, alignment and clarity
• Ensure compliance, documentation and HR operations run smoothly and predictably
• Act as the anchor for conflict resolution, difficult conversations and emotionally sensitive situations
• Build high trust among teams through clear communication, confidentiality and fairness
• Work on developing the team skills via smart and tailored leadership and mentorship programs
• Work closely with finance on manpower planning and budgeting
What You Bring
• HR MBA from a good B-School
• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 3 to 4 years in a senior HR leadership role
• Experience building HR functions and working with hybrid or distributed teams
• A mature and balanced personality who can handle senior leaders with confidence and respect
• Strong judgment, ability to de escalate situations and bring steady solutions
• Deep understanding of team dynamics, performance management and culture building
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coach managers
• High integrity and a genuine care for people
