Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and result-driven Head of HR to lead our people
function during a phase of aggressive business growth. This role is heavily focused on Talent
Acquisition, with nearly 70% of the responsibility dedicated to high-volume and strategic
hiring across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with
hands-on recruitment expertise and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
● Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and niche roles including: Digital Sales,
Content & News Reporters (District/Regional level), Technology roles, Creative professionals (Influencers, Presenters, Anchors)
● Design and execute scalable hiring strategies to support rapid expansion.
● Build strong sourcing channels, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment partnerships.
● Track and optimize recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
Strategic & Team Leadership
● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7-10 HR professionals.
● Set clear KPIs and ensure operational excellence across HR functions.
● Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy.
HR Operations (30%)
● Oversee performance management, payroll coordination, grievance handling, and compliance.
● Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and organizational culture programs.
● Ensure HR policies, processes, and systems are aligned with best practices and
business needs.
Stakeholder Management
● Work closely with the CEO and Founder to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
● Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and support growth plans.
Candidate Profile
● Experience: 10-20 years of core HR experience with a strong leadership background
● Core Strength: Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, especially bulk/high-volume hiring
● Industry Preference: Digital Media, Technology, Sales-driven, or fast-paced growth environments
