HR & Operations Coordinator


We’re a growing advertising & content studio working at the intersection of culture, creativity, and wellness. As we scale, we’re looking for a HR & Operations Coordinator who brings structure, accuracy, and ownership to our day-to-day operations.

This is a high-responsibility execution role — ideal for someone organised, numbers-driven, and comfortable coordinating across HR, finance, vendors, and founders.


📍 Location: Hybrid — Mumbai (2 days/week from Worli)

🗓 Start Date: 4th March

👩‍💼 Experience: 6 months – 1 year minimum

🎓 Background: Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting preferred


WHAT YOU'LL OWN-

HR & PEOPLE Operations

  • Support end-to-end hiring coordination (LinkedIn postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
  • Oversee onboarding and exit processes in coordination with the HR team
  • Maintain employee documentation, checklists, and compliance records
  • Ensure accurate data tracking across attendance, leave, and HR records


Operations & Admin Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day operational workflows across internal teams and vendors
  • Maintain structured trackers for invoices, payments, reimbursements, contracts, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate vendor logistics and documentation requirements
  • Ensure timely and professional communication across stakeholders


Finance & Documentation Support

  • Coordinate with finance teams on vendor and employee payments
  • Raise invoices, challans, and related documentation for clients and vendors
  • Support basic accounting and taxation documentation (GST, TDS hygiene checks)
  • Track payment cycles and proactively follow up where required


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong comfort with numbers, calculations, and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities independently
  • Experience in HR coordination, admin operations, or documentation-heavy roles
  • Basic understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Confident using tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, PDFs, and e-signatures
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion) for drafting structured emails and documentation
  • High attention to detail, discipline, and follow-through
  • Startup or creative agency exposure is a plus
