- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10-12 years of experience in human resources, with at least 8 years in a strategic HR role.
- Proven track record in building and executing HR strategies that align with business goals in dynamic and complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Hands‑on experience with talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, and supporting career growth initiatives.
- Strong background in implementing and refining HR processes to increase efficiency and compliance within regulatory standards.
