We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations for a remote workforce. The role focuses on Team member lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, attendance and activity tracking, and accurate HR documentation in a distributed work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including remote onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
- Onboarding and ensure timely completion of joining formalities and required documents
- Maintain and regularly update employee records in HRMS and internal trackers with accuracy
- Handle recruitment coordination including resume shortlisting, initial HR screening calls, and interview scheduling
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability, availability, and basic role alignment
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to share candidate details, collect feedback, and track hiring status
- Monitor daily attendance, working hours, breaks, and productivity using remote tracking tools.
- Follow up on low activity, inconsistent working hours, or attendance issues and communicate observations to relevant TL.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and activity reports
Experience & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR generalist role
- Hands-on experience with resume shortlisting and HR screening interviews
- Familiarity with HRMS, attendance, and remote productivity tracking tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
