We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance while contributing to a positive and efficient workplace culture.
- Manage and support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in recruitment activities — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Ensure HR policy compliance and assist in implementing HR processes.
- Handle exit formalities and maintain offboarding documentation.
- Provide general support to the HR team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
- Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR tools or HRIS systems.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
