HR Internship (Paid)

Duration: 3 - 6 months
Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

We are currently working with a diverse set of clients in India and overseas, on sustainability integration, responsible investment and climate action.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity ideal for recent graduates or final-year students who are passionate about Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in tracking HR metrics and preparing reports
- Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day administrative tasks
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, Arts or any related fields.
- Graduates or candidates currently in the final year of graduation (must be available full-time).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable profile includes:
- Freshers or candidates with some prior internship experience in HR or related fields
- Must be based in Mumbai.
- Available to join immediately or within short notice
Based on intern’s performance and mutual interest, interns will be evaluated for a job
opportunity at the end of the internship.
