We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in core HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR process coordination.
Role Summary
The HR Operations Intern will support the HR team in managing day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes and maintaining accurate HR records.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operations activities including onboarding, employee documentation, and HR record management.
- Maintain and update employee databases, HR trackers, and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including collecting required documents and coordinating with internal teams.
- Help ensure HR compliance and policy adherence.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries, documentation, and internal processes.
- Support HR team in HR reports, employee data management, and operational tasks.
- Assist with HR documentation, employee letters, and internal communications.
Required Qualifications
- MBA with specialization or interest in Human Resources
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation management
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information
