Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and creative HR Intern to support our talent acquisition, employer branding, and social media operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes combined with digital content creation and brand-building initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication abilities, a creative mindset, and excellent execution skills, with a keen interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a critical role in enhancing our hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Intern (Social Media + Hiring)
- Candidate calling, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups
2. Strong Experience in Video, Banner & Image Creation
- Reels, hiring creatives, social media banners, employer branding content
3. Usage of ChatGPT / AI Tools for Content Generation
- Content writing, captions, post ideas, scripts, hiring creatives
4. Experience in WordPress / Canva – Plus
- Website updates, blog posting, social creatives, landing pages
5. Excellent Communication – Mandatory
- Clear verbal communication
- Confident calling skills
- Professional written communication

Interview Rounds:
(All interview rounds will be conducted offline at our office.)
Offline Round 1: Screening & General Assessment
- Evaluation of communication skills, confidence, professionalism, and general aptitude.
Offline Round 2: Technical & Role-Based Assessment
- Scenario-based discussion on HR operations, recruitment handling, and social media content creation, including use of AI tools and design platforms.
Offline Round 3: Practical & Problem-Solving Task
- Live task to assess organizational skills, creativity, execution ability, and task prioritization.
