Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for technical positions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates’ technical skills and suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or technical panels.
- Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
- Support in other HR/recruitment-related activities as required.
Educational Criteria:
- MBA in HR (2024 , 2025, 2026 pass-out)
- Candidate must be currently based in Noida

It’s a 3-month internship
- The stipend is ₹10,000 per month, but please note:
