Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading and developing the customer service orientation of the organization through various learning initiatives.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training and upholding standards of customer service
  • Support in development of an internal customer service culture.
  • Conduct customer service and airline product related training for all above-the-wing and below-the-wing staff.
  • Provide effective situational management trainings for better understanding.
  • Provide feedback for Training and Service enhancements.
  • Maintain and update training records.
  • Ensure trainee welfare.
  • To ensure upholding of company image, quality policy and value systems at all times
  • Ensure strict adherence to company grooming and defined services/safety standards in training.
  • Remain up to date with all the developments in training standards and airline products.
  • Maintain current knowledge of rules and regulations, policies and procedures for the operations of the aircraft and ensure that they conform to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain good discipline in the training center.
  • Ensure the key concerns are continuously communicated to the trainees in training and enhance standards.
  • Accountable for safeguarding, proper handling and stowage of all the Company’s equipment and property in the training center.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s / master’s in any degree.


RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 02 - 03 years of experience in L&D roles or airport operations.
