Position: People Business Partner (Contractor)
Role Description

● Location - Bangalore, India
● Duration - 12 months
Job Summary
We are looking for a People Business Partner to join our team on contract and act as a true consultant to our business leaders, helping them navigate the complexities of team growth and organizational health. In this role, you won't just be checking boxes; you'll be deeply involved in shaping the culture and strategy of your assigned business units to ensure our people can do their best work. We are particularly excited to meet candidates who bring a wealth of professional maturity. If you are a natural relationship-builder who enjoys turning high-level business goals into practical, human-centered solutions, you’ll find a home here.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with leadership to understand their specific business and people challenges and design people strategies that help their teams stay agile and high-performing.
- Act as a trusted coach for managers at all levels, providing them with the guidance and tools they need to lead their teams with empathy and clarity.
- Drive our core culture of inclusion by identifying gaps in the employee experience and launching initiatives that make every team member feel valued and heard.
- Manage the full associate lifecycle with a focus on integrity and fairness, ensuring that every interaction reflects our company values.
- Use workforce data and analytics to tell a story about team health, helping leaders make informed decisions about headcount, retention, and succession planning.
- Lead teams through the natural "growing pains" of a fast-scaled company by providing steady change management support and clear communication during transitions.
- Collaborate with our internal centers of excellence to bring the best of our global talent and development programs directly to the local teams you support.
Requirements
- You should bring 4 to 5 years of experience in a People Business Partner or high-level HR Generalist role where you have successfully navigated complex organizational dynamics.
- We are intentionally open to and encourage applications from individuals returning to work after a career hiatus, valuing the diverse perspectives and life experiences you bring back to the professional world.
- You possess the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and can hold your own in a room with executive leadership while remaining approachable to every employee.
- You have a proven track record of solving problems creatively and aren't afraid to "disrupt" traditional HR processes if there is a more effective way to support the business.
- You are comfortable working in an environment that moves quickly and embraces AI technology to streamline workflows and increase personal impact.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or have an equivalent level of hands-on professional experience that has prepared you for a strategic advisory role.
- You demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain confidentiality and trust across a diverse, remote-first global workforce.
