We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition / Recruiter Intern. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and an excellent opportunity to build a strong career in HR and Talent Acquisition.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
· Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
· Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and campus drives
· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
· Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts with candidates and hiring managers
· Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards
· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
· Stay updated with hiring trends and innovative sourcing strategies
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile
· 0–2 years of experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment (staffing experience preferred)
· MBA Freshers / Any Graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
· BE/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, or technically qualified candidates interested in recruitment can apply
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Passion for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
