Key Responsibilities:
● Source and screen candidates via job portals and LinkedIn.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
● Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details.
● Assist in creating job descriptions and posting roles.
● Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
● Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
● Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
