We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting candidates from the IT industry. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and content building for social media and job postings.
Location : Remote
Duration : 6 months
Stipend : 2000- 3000 (As per the exp)
Note: Starting one month would be unpaid Internship

Responsibilities -
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Utilize LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to search for potential candidates using Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct phone and video interviews with the candidates.
- Support the negotiation process with candidates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate data and reports
- Assist in hiring for IT roles
Required Skills -
- Minimum 1-3 months of experience in IT Recruitment
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of Boolean search
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Educational Requirement -
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing/completed MBA
