We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. This role involves leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Responsibilities will also include developing and promoting employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s visibility. While the role is based in Visakhapatnam, remote work flexibility is provided for specific tasks as necessary.
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting techniques
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring candidates
- Experience with developing and implementing Employer Branding initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proven track record of hiring for a variety of roles, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
