About the Role
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for UK/EU tech positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients alike.
Responsibilities
- 2-4 years proven experience in UK/EU IT recruitment
- Execute full-cycle recruitment
- Advanced sourcing on LinkedIn, databases and Job Boards for UK/EU tech positions
- Screen candidates, coordinate virtual interviews across time zones (IST to GMT/CEST)
- Immediate availability or with 2 weeks notice
- Excellent English communication
- Job Location: Bangalore (Initial Remote) - Candidates are expected to be in Bangalore location, as would be expected to be Onsite whenever required
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment
Required Skills
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and job boards
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Skills
- Experience with virtual interview coordination
- Familiarity with UK/EU tech market
